Point Pleasant Chamber launches new Shore Resolutions Web Site

The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of a new Web Site and the “Make It A Point To Hop Around Town” campaign.

In order to serve Chamber members, local businesses and the Point Pleasant community, the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Matt Petrosky of Shore Resolutions to launch a comprehensive Web Site. At, visitors will be able to access local news, Chamber information and a host of details about Chamber businesses.

Point Pleasant Chamber Board Members Ed DeFelice of DeFelice Chevrolet and Heather Keefe of Keefe Communications are working with Shore Resolutions on the Web Site launch. “The Point Pleasant Chamber Web Site is so functional,” DeFelice points out, “that we encourage people to use it as their home page. We hope the site is viewed as a central location for news you can use.”

“We're thrilled about the resources that the Point Pleasant Chamber site can offer to the community,” Keefe continues. “We encourage people to bookmark the site and visit often, especially because new features are being added.

“Given the current economy,” Keefe continues, “it's more critical than ever for local businesses to have cost-effective, grassroots options for promoting themselves. The Point Pleasant Chamber Web Site can help fill that void.”

The official launch of will take place at the Point Pleasant Chamber's General Membership meeting on Tuesday, April 21, from 5:30-7:30 at Forte. Also, to encourage local spending, the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is coordinating a campaign called “Make It A Point To Hop Around Town.” Throughout April, visit Manasquan Savings Bank (Route 88), OceanFirst Bank (Route 88 or Bridge Avenue) and the Point Pleasant Borough branch of the Ocean County Library to pick up a special egg. Inside the eggs are valuable discounts to Chamber businesses. Golden eggs offer free tickets to a Lakewood Blue Claws game.

The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is extremely grateful to the Chamber members that are offering discounts in the Make It A Point eggs.
